Powered by our forestry team, the Cedrico Causapscal mill transforms logs into the most popular log sizes for framing and construction. Our operators handle high-performance machines, and our automated systems with artificial intelligence enable us to transform 180 million board feet (fbm) into sawing and 30 million bf into secondary processing. Our exceptional efficiency has set us apart in Canada and the United States for over 40 years now.

We can count on enthusiastic, dedicated workers who are busy sawing 180 million board feet annually. Our team operates state-of-the-art machines and automated systems equipped with computer vision and/or artificial intelligence to reach a level of efficiency that sets us apart.
We have made major investments of more than $35 million since 2013, including $25 million in 2020 for the installation of a new sawing line, propelling us to the rank of Québec’s leaders in material efficiency.
Planing
Our Causapscal planing mill is 100% automated and recognized for its superior quality products and increased safety for the workforce. We plane wood into finished products with exceptional precision.
Our sustained production rate is the result of continuous investment for the acquisition of equipment ensuring high-value Premium, #2 and Stud wood qualities.
Shipping
Our success come first and foremost from our employees. Our customers can count on the professionalism of our sales team, which has excellent knowledge of the market and the ability to understand and meet their needs.
Every week, 4 million board feet of finished products are sent to our customers by 25 semi-trailers and 10 train cars.
